The PORSCHE 911 RSR (2013) was made for the 2013 season of the World Endurance Championship where it was driven by PORSCHE Team Manthey. This car won its class in the 2013 24 Heures du Mans. It was altered for the 2014 season. This is based on the 911 Carrera model because the 991 GT3 model was not in production at the time. Under the hood, the car is powered by a 4.0-litre six-cylinder boxer engine, producing approximately 460 bhp (brake horsepower).
Availability
The PORSCHE 911 RSR (2013) is available in two series:
- 50 Years of 911 bonus series in the Elite group
- 2012-15 Season motorsports series in the Endurance GT Racing group
The PORSCHE 911 RSR (2013) used to be available in three series:
- Masters of Speed bonus series in the Legend group, retired during the Euro Masters Update (v6.6)
- Vertex Series career series in the Legend group, also retired during the Euro Masters Update (v6.6)
- Endurance Kings bonus series in the Legend group, also retired during the Euro Masters Update (v6.6)
This vehicle was added in the Porsche Update (v1.3.5) released in September 2013 and can be unlocked by earning 19 trophies in 50 Years of 911 or as soon as 2012-15 Season is unlocked.
This vehicle can be acquired for 600 or 480 with showcase discount. It can sometimes be bought for 900 as a 'Get it Now' price, unlocking 50 Years of 911 and 2012-15 Season.
