I will go thru the 2015 NASCAR series. What I am seeing is that DEJCC series still needs some events verified. I will start there to finish them up, then move onto the other three series.
I see a few of the DEJCC have already been redone @ V=4.3.2. Do these need to be rechecked?
It is then possible to look at the Rewards that have been updated and those that haven't, to give the next priority. This should help with running events that have already been updated, but the V=... hasn't been added. It's not fool proof, but it may help :)
In this example the evens with no change are : 2.1, 2,2, 5.1, 5.2, 9.1, 10.2 & 17.2 others have been updated since April '15
If you think this helps let me know and I'll carry on looking.
OK, there is a way to look at the edits over a version, e.g. for v4.3.1 any edits made between May 16th and June 27th will be v4.3.1, same for v4.4.1 June 27th to Aug 8th, if the V= parser hasn't been added, by the editor, it could then be added respectively. I'll have a look tomorrow.
I had a look at TA and found three that had been checked ~V4.0.5, but no V= parser added. I'll have to see if there is a quicker way to the checks.
v4.5.1 Monday 8-August-16
v4.4.1 Monday 27-June-16
v4.3.1 Monday 16-May-16
v4.2 Monday 4-April-16
v4.1.5 Monday 15-February-16
v4.0.5 Monday 11-January-16
v4.0 Monday 30-November-15
v3.7 Monday 9-November-15
v3.6 Monday 31-August-15
v3.5 Monday 20-July-15
v3.4 Monday 1-June-15
v3.3 Monday 20-April-15
Trying to check the history for each release is too time consuming, maybe I'll do a spot check for 20-April to 30-Nov and see if there are changes, then do a check 30-Nov to Now, to see if they are recent. Use V=3.3~3.7 for the former and V=4.0~4.5.2 for the latter, at least it may save running some races. I can't run any in the day, but can check the odd some history on my phone ;)
My first guess would be a complete lap. We could compare a existing endurance event to see if the values work out the same. I am still out on vacation until later this week, so I am not able to help out at this time :)
Any of these four abbreviations will return Müllenbachschleife, the text entered, in the article page, can be any case, the template converts the text to lower case and looks for a match, if there isn't one it returns the original text in red.
I've just checked the notify/r and there are still 9 pages using the template, there were all marked as done, on pages that need editing, so I've added a comment. I spot checked Open Sky Challenge, and events will need to be checked, I can't understand RACING SPIRIT, it was introduced v3.3.0, I'll check, in more details tomorrow.
I wrote on Thetankinator47's wall regarding the mistake he made with the sale price for the McLaren 675LT, thanks for correcting the article page.
For 100% completion, I've calculated I am ~370
short, by the month end, so may break even by the next release, with under 550 races to run, I need some good upgrade sales ,to help me, and more time :). My next goal is so close, but always just out of reach.
I wasn't sure why you didn't finish RM. My first thought was your car did not have the PR requirement. But that probably does not make sense because of the 75% discount offer for the 675LT. Anyway I finished it.
Yes my MP4-X is FU. At first I really did not like this car. But now after finishing the Cutting Edge series it is starting to be fun. But it does make all other cars feel like you are driving a freight truck. Takes a little time to readjust when going between the MP4-X and all other cars. I plan on starting the McLaren MP4-X (Exclusive Series) today.
Wow you are so close to 100%. I hope everyone knows that if you did not spend so much time and effort on this site, that you would have been at 100% along time ago. Thanks for all you do.
As for me, I guess I will make 100% again. My latest strategy has been to take advantage of all the upgrade sales. So far I have done them all.
But the projected upcoming 20% offer for upgrades on the Veneno is one I am thinking about not doing. My Veneno currently only has R$ upgrades. In order to FU it, it would take 2,105
or 1,684 at this discount. Now I could afford it but I think they should be offering a much higher discount on upgrades for this car. Like 75% would be good :) The only reason to upgrade this car would be for its future Exclusive Series and who knows when that would be.
Any thoughts on your part would be appreciated.
Thanks for your opinion on the Veneno. I had already decided to pass on them. They really should offer 75% for this car.
Yes only 8 left and 100% completions is in site again. I'm not sure I will keep going for 100% in the future. This update has started to burn me out. I even plan on skipping the Ferrari 599 GTO Championship since I already own the 599 GTO and would need to do upgrades to complete it. This will be a first for me to skip a event. But then again I might see how far I can get with my
upgraded 599 GTO if I have time, but it will also be our thanksgiving holiday here in the states so that will only be if I can fit it in.
Finally I am honored that you are trying to tempt me, but I think I'll pass. I do enjoy helping out but I think my current level of involvement is where I would like to stay at.
I am planning on finishing what I can with the Pages That Need Editing, then taking a little break.
You know the saying "A light burns brightest just before it burns out".
Well that me right now, so to prevent that burnout I need to slow down.
Please don't shoot the messenger, I've gone though all 118 series and found a few more that have notices, one Mr. P. had recently checked, with no change to rewards. Four are just spot checks from v4.5.1, location move, my mistake, I missed added them to the pages that need editing table. The big one is IP-M, I actually ran some events a few months ago, so rewards have changed, 41 renaming, this change goes back to May 2016, so there is no rush.
I'm looking for one of my grandkids nerf guns. But not to worry, I do not believe it has a range of the almost 4000 mi./6437 km's to reach your location. LOL
I was planning on finishing what was on the Pages That Need Editing table before the next update, but now that you have found more it will probably be during the next update assuming you do not find more which I am sure you will :)
Yes this was not an enjoyable update, but I did get back to 100%. I had some issues that cost me more
than I would usually spend. So I did a request with FM. I found it to be a interesting experience and with a great result. They gave me my back :) Anyway I am leaning towards going for 100% again based on how the next update looks. But I would not be sad if 100% slips away. The first time you catch it is the most satisfying. Now it sometimes feels like a chore. Your idea of a 1,000 buffer is a good one. I think I had about 1,500 - 2,000 buffer when I first did it so you should be fine.
Both have events run, but I didn't add them to the running total.
I'm updating my data, lots of missing costs and rewards, but looks good, especially if only one or two of the Formula E cars need upgrading, I expect we will need to for the special event and possibly the Limited Time Series, TG-S11 hopefully not.
Yesterday we must have been posting at the same time so I really didn't answer your question. I am finding this update being much better than the last. I'm a day behind with the LTS which is new to me. It is nice to see all tips in advance :)
As you know I am missing two cars, both are BMW's. I have submitted a request for FM to return them, which I know they have looked at :) It's kind of funny though, if they don't give them back before the next update, I could reach 100% without a full garage :)
No big deal on the missing cars, FM has been good to me so far :)
I hope not on the reward changes also :)
I figured you have been going hard for 100% completion. I noticed you have been doing less with the wiki lately, so I was guessing that time was being used for 100% completion :)
It looks like I will make it for a 10th time. It will most likely be my last. I am going to remove 100% completion as a goal. For now my only goals will be to keep my garage full and Race On! for fun only :)
But I do have a question, what are the " " entries for as shown in the event line below? Well they do not show here either but if look at this line in the Accolade Open events section you will see what I am looking at.
