Hey ME7 can you give me some bot slowing tips for special events, when ever I race a special event I always watch your channel before a race for the best tips and tricks. I just want to win cars as cheap as possible so some help with bot slowing would be awesome thanks-PS. I love your YouTube channel :)
The general rule is always win by as little as possible. If says finish 15th, ONLY finish 15th. Also let 16th catch up a bit. If it says finish 1st, have 2nd place close to you if you can. I run in kph and try to keep my lead under 20m at the end. Whether it's a Speed Record, Speed Snap, Autocross, Endurance, whatever, ALWAYS finish by the minimum. But don't torture yourself in the process.
If you know you will lose a race, lose big time. Come in last if you have the time to spare.
Also drag out the races, espcially on the first few days. You can PIT bots and drag out the race to increase your finish time. I don't do this as much now as it makes the videos very boring. I do play around a bit though in the early days of events.
Several people reported that losing stage 5.1 of the McLaren Senna event several times made it easier. That was the last event update 8.3. So it's still working, should always work as it's a core part of how RR3 works.
You can always manage bots, limit how hard they get. But to lower bots you need to have at least the recommended PR. That's why being carefuly early really helps.
Many Endurance races are endless in the MP4-X. I haven’t heard about Catalunya. It comes down to which ones pay good. The Porsche Short race is so easy that I did it totally unserviced with ease. But it pays bad and isn’t worth the time compared to others. Several have said Porsche long is endless in the MP4-X. I’ve never tried it that way and never will. Just doesn’t pay good enough for the trouble.
I’ll pass on the test. Unless it’s super easy it takes many attempts to learn a track as endless. If you fully upgraded it’s better to focus on Le Mans. I don’t think Catalunya is worth it earnings wise and right now my shoulder and back can’t take the tests.
I did look at the numbers though.
Catalunya race pays less than 1/4 of Le Mans (1100 vs 4600 for all on track 1st). You’d have to churn out lap times of about 33 seconds to make it as profitable as Le Mans. I seriously doubt that’s possible. So in the end, I don’t think it’s worth it.
I always run with the FxxK at Porsche, because it's very easy (2600kms last month).
Le Mans must be very much harder no ? On such a long track i guess it's hard to overlap an opponent to maintain 90s no ?
Have you got data to compare these to races in fame/minute or something like that ?
Maybe i'll try it next 100% fame.
The fame/minute of the MP4-X @ Le Mans is CRAZY! More than double of the FXX K @ Porsche Short. These are my numbers based on how I race it with no Agent hired;
945 fame/minute in FXX K @ Porsche Short
1930 fame/minute MP4-X @ Le Mans
HOWEVER... is substantially harder. I'm not joking when I call it the hardest and highest paying race. I guess there are probably harder ones, but they don't pay near as much. It's hard to reach the perpetual point, hard to keep going after and even harder after damage. Currently top speed is unaffected by damage, grip still is. I expect this damage glitch to be fixed soon. The FXX K @ Porsche Short is quite easy by comparison.
If you want to run it, I would start practicing now. I often end up crashing the game and restarting several times on fame days simply because I messed up and the race ended early (restes race, don't lose Agent or bonus fame day amount).
There's no downside to practicing. Even if you don't hire the Agent, the earnings are just crazy. Without the Agent, a 10 minute race will get you about 19,300 fame. You just have to make sure you finish first. I have to be logged out when I enter or I get big targets.
I've made 2 videos regarding this race. I cover different things in each. The first video was my first, second one is just a couple of weeks old.

Do you remember how many kms to take the train with slow bots ? It’s 20-25 with FXXK @ Porsche.
It's usually around the end of lap 3, beginning of lap 4. About 35-40 km.
I've had the odd time where I hit it at the end of lap 2. That's when I had a blistering & perfect lap 1 & 2. Even then it might have been a glitch. Can hit it mid lap 3 but it's risky, sometimes you run out of time that way. If I drive a little slower than my best, I hit it at the end of 3 more consistently. Last 1/4 of lap 3 is usually the hardest part, but the train disappears fast when you make a mistake.
The train here is fast! They are faster than us on the straights, but slow in the corners. Best of luck, it's a fulfilling race to pass 100 km at!
I spent weeks and months practising to make it past the third lap! Are used to only get there 1 out of 10 times, now I get there 1 out of 3. There’s so little room for error in that race. I honestly find it night and day different when comparing it to the FXX K race at Porsche short.
The Pagani Huarya BS @ Silverstone The National Circuit is an option. It pays a little bit more, 25-75 more fame per minute. It all depends how much you take off that big cut. There is a game crash risk if you ever pass more than 4 cars while off-track on the big cut. It is harder than the FXX K. I personally don't like it much. I did it a few times but prefered the FXX K @ Porsche Short.
There may be some Monza options. I need to recheck the math on those and get back to you.
I just started running this race, surprised to find how easy it is even if the clock runs low, you can fill it back up quite quickly. Do you ever intersperse some normal laps (ie. without cutting), then go back to cutting to fill the clock again? I don't know how the fame rate would compare. You'd have less overall time off-track, but that would be offset by lower average speed, less laps completed etc. I figured you might have already tested this.
I also prefer driving on track, so if it's at least as profitable or close, I'd probably do it this way.
You're bang on. I found that staying on track more increases my lap time to the point that it's basically a break even.
In my last FXX K race I took both cuts until the perpetual point. Then I eliminated the first cut for a while, still easy. I believe the first cut is shorter than the second. I then stopped both for a while until my timer got low. After you pass the perpetual point, you may be able to keep it going all on track. It's a fun challenge and sharpens your skills for OMP and WTTT. When I wrecked bad or fell behind I just started cutting again, then tried it all on track again.
I found that I lost an average of 11% of my earnings to off-track the usual way. So 600-11%=534. I also get bored and start smacking bots into walls etc. Doing it that way I averaged 100 laps an hour.
In my last race I earned 567.6 fame/lap which is about a 5.75% loss from the full 600. Not bad. I couldn't log my overall race time as I took several breaks. It wasn't too long, but a nagging shoulder/back injury makes these races harder now.
So race it however you want to. I find it all pans out in the end. If you want to see a short clip of the 567.6 race I'm refering to, it was my more recent 8x race. Video is just 1:40 long and only shows 1 lap skipping the 2nd cut. I wanted to get the word out fast about the 8X race.
Thanks, great insights. Good to know it works out about the same. My other issue is concentration. I find it hard to commit more than about 50% of my brain during farming races, then I forget whether I'm supposed to be cutting or not.
Since I finished yesterday fully ups the FXX K, was going to ask the same. I didnt test it yet on 100% fame day, since I wasnt in the mood.
Thank U folks!
Around 40 Min
Both Fame & R$ Agents hired / (no exclusive fame day bonus)
Note : I'm not professional on this and I have problem on concentrating to much in farming races so I made a lot of cuts without worrying about fame, and considering that 5.1 Exclusive Series was my first time test race with FXX K, I can say that was very easy, the car is like a hammer where you can smash and recover without panic.
"the car is like a hammer" I agree! I hammer the competition pretty hard when I start to get bored. If there's a bot in front of me heading into turn 1, he becomes my brakes. Or I take turn 1 at full speed and just bounce off the walls a bit.
Then my fame/minute REALLY drops since I am off-track more and slower. But sometimes I just don't care. I crash around to deal with boredom, then settle back in for a while.
My favorite manouver is to drift the bus-stop when there is a bot there. I swing out my rear, then hit the bot to correct the skid. It's kind of fun for me. If you want to see, I do it at the 0:37 mark in this video.
Hi there. Sorry to bother you. I just had a quick question. I read your post about 100% completion, and in it you mentioned going from 4000 to 12000 gold. In short, how did you do that? Is it all farming and top 50 WTTT? I can’t do the latter, not good enough yet, but how much farming are we talking about? I can only run the Battle in Classic Ferrari, I’m not far enough along to run Endurance. I’m Level 107 and halfway through Vertex. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you so much for all you do. - Bella
I had to go do some checking, I wanted to make sure I was giving an accurate response. A 7000 gold gain does look pretty shocking. Turns out it's pretty much a year since I gave up on 100% completion. Prior to that point I had completed the game several times so that means I had all cars and had many of them upgraded substantially.
I'm not a top 50 WTTT racer, just not that good yet. Most weeks I'm in the top 1000 and just leave it there because that's enough for 100 gold. This week I'm really close to Group A so I should probably try harder.
I did have three weeks in a row where I got group A finishes a few months back, so that's 900 gold right there.
Some of my gains are because I am not upgrading cars to finish series anymore. I just get enough upgrades to win the car and that's it. Since I've completed all the main series, it doesn't affect the game for me.
I’ve done a lot of farming races in the past, an extreme amount at times. I used to run a minimum of 200 laps on every bonus fame day of the month. On a really big fame days I went as much as 600 laps.
In case you haven’t heard of the style of racing, it’s called endless endurance racing. There’s certain endurance races where you can take some off track cuts to reduce your lap times and basically run it as long as you want to. On bonus fame days this gives you the ability to earn a lot of currency in one race.
It’s quite difficult at first though. You have to be quite comfortable racing with all assists off. I was already pretty comfortable with that but it still took me several tries to get my first long race. Over time The Porsche short track version becomes easy.
So it’s basically about racing a lot and focussing on the races that pay a lot. On 100% bonus fame days I used to run 9+ hours (regular life permitting).
As you may know I’ve done multiple videos of these races. In case you’re not familiar with them I will put some YouTube links below. You would own some of these cars like the Audi R8 LMS ultra and a Porsche 918 RSR concept. The cars have to be fully upgraded to do these races because they are in the exclusive series. Again, there’s quite a learning curve!
OMG - first of all, thank you so much for replying. I was hoping you were as nice as you seem in your videos. They’re my favorite, by the way, so much so that I was a bit nervous to write you.
What you say makes sense. I’ve tried to research the perpetual endurance races but couldn’t find reliable information or maybe just could not execute what was required.
I own both the Audi and Porsche you reference. The Audi is fully upgraded, the Porsche is not. I have 100% completion on the Audi Ultra Exclusive series so I’m eager to watch your video to see what I can learn as I have access to that race and clearly missed a golden opportunity.
The rest of your advice is amazing. I need to do a better job maximizing the Fame days/crew/bonuses. I’ve played every day since October and do my best but I clearly need to plan ahead better. I love this game so much.
Again, thank you so much for the reply. I genuinely appreciate it.
Off to watch your video now. Good luck getting to Group A!
Endless Endurance racing is not easy at first. You need to have ALL assists off. Tilt B controls are also best for skid recovery. You need to know that before you spend gold on a car. If you really want to do endless racing, you could prepare by starting to turn off assists now.
Here's 2 videos to help;
My Audi Endless video, prior to me adding speech. It's a full video, many on screen tips provided.
Another video that shows you why assists don't work here. This one has full speech tutorial.
I know evrything about the assists and I have been been watching your videos, but I don't have the audi R8 LMS Ultra, so can you just give me a list of all of the endurance races in Pro? I'll also try to get that car as soon as possible then.
I know you don't have the Audi beacuse you are in Pro. It's in the first series once you get to Expert. I suggested it as it's the cheapest car you can do Endless racing with.
Most of the cars in PRO will be too slow to make it work. Off-track speed is horrible in most slow cars, so even Silverstone GP's may be impossible. Time per lap is constant across the game. I tried the Porshce Short once in Vintage Muscle and it was impossible. Good thing because it's the worst paying version in the game!
You may be better just running the highest paying cup races you can find for now. You can use that same link to PRO above to research all of that. You can look at ALL series there.
The thing is that I am betitng with my friend on who can find the earliest endless endurance in the game, and it also doesn't say if an endurance is endless in the link you showed me, so all I'm asking is what Silverstone GP's you're talking about and in what series?
I don't remember, I'd have to look through it all again. I'm really not here to help people win bets. Besides, I haven't tested many races there because they don't pay good.
Technically no race is endless, it's a skill and ability that makes it endless. A lot of people can never do an endless race on any tracks. What's endless for me will not be endless for other people. There are people who are better than me that could do some races I can't.
So is it endless based on your abilities are endless based on the best possible person in this game? I don't have that answer for you. You're going to have to ask other people who are better than me.
Hello ME7! Can you tell me your real name and do you know any cheats (that work) in real racing 3? Not like shortcuts or anything, but money cheats. Like where you cn get a certain amount of money for free.
Cheats not allowed topic of discussion on this wiki, Wiki Rules
I've also known ME7 for a long time. I'll answer for him, no you cannot have his real name. Not really supposed to ask for personal information either. Please enjoy the resources of the wiki for advancing through the game legitimately, you'll not hear from the admins again (unless asking for help). Thanks - Admin Powerup777 (talk) 03:00, February 6, 2020 (UTC)
Thanks Powerup777. As was stated, I don’t support cheating and I don’t cheat. Everything I do is legit. There’s a lot of help on this forum to earn currency legitimately, endless endurance racing, etc. I have many videos that cover that on YouTube.
Just so you know, if you do find ways to hack the game and get currency you can get banned for it. I’ve known many people who had their entire profile wiped because they hacked the game. You also can never ask support for help because they will immediately see that you hacked the game. It’s just not worth it.
I've noticed that when you're doing a drag race, the perfect shift shows less rpm than when the car shifts manually on a track. You might want to show it in one of your vids, maybe the RR3 team might notice it.
It was still in the low 10 minutes (didn't grab a pic of that). My best lap is in the low 1:05's, but I blew the last lap badly. Right after that pic you saw I also blew the last corner. I was watching in the rear view too much! The first lap is a lot slower, so I don't know if sub 10 minutes is possible. I would need all laps to be perfect which is hard when cutting at speed.
It’s a 9-lap race. 8 minutes is 480 seconds. That’s an average lap time of 53.3 seconds. Allowing for the first lap (grid delay and passing the pack) you’d need to do the remaining 8 laps with an average lap time of (less than) 51 seconds! Good luck with that.
I checked my saved pics and I have my best lap saved. It’s very VERY hard for me to do back to back 1:05:xxx laps. This particular race went south when trying to take the left-hand cut at the 1st chicane. I nailed the wall on 2 of 9 laps. 🤪
First, thanks for all the tips and advice you offer all use racers.
I’ve been playing pretty solidly for about five years, and this oddity has happened three times. First was something at Suzuka, where a whole bunch of Sumos suddenly appeared all round me. No idea what was going on- I thought I’d been hacked or something. Second time was on the Indy Speedway for the P1 GTR. One dropped in in front of me, so I passed and got 10 seconds, then realised I could still hear engines after more than enough time. Looked behind me and was so surprised to see cars behind me, I messed up a bend. Managed to catch a few...
Tonight, in Prestige meets Performance (Master) 11.2, in the Porsche, the same thing happened. This time I tried to find out what can be done. You can slow to let them pass you, but you have to make sure you keep enough speed to catch them up again. They seem to keep on coming, but you have to let a bunch catch you...if you’re low on time it gets tricky. You need to use the mirror, but if you usually don’t, like me, you can mess up...like I did! Only got 12.3 miles...
All the best,
This is very rare, most people never have it happen. By memory I know one guy had it happen at Mount Panorama, I don't recall the car. Another guy had it at Indy Speedway in the Ferrari F14. I've had it happen about 5 times and I've been playing daily for almost 5 years. I was actually recording for 2 of those. I've never been able to figure it out. Very interesting that this is happening AFTER the 8.1 fix.
I've had them appear RIGHT in front of me at times. I recall one time in the Ferrari FXX K where they were appearing right as I crossed the start/finish line. One actually appeared a few inches from me, nothing I could do put plow into it. That time they only appeared one at a time.
The 20 second video below has them appearing in small clumps. Again, I eventually couldn't avoid them.
The long video shows only 1 time where a pack appears in front of me, about 1/3 way into a lap @ 4:35. Then if you go to 21:35 you can see the huge line of bots come around the corner.
My theory is that the game gets confused about our cars position on track, puts us right in the middle of the newly spawning bots. Other times it puts us AHEAD of those newly spawning bots, like in the Audi video below. Weird that they were all in a tight pack. Interesting thing about the 20 second video... my car is obviously moving around the spawning point. If you watch the distances, the video is not chronological. I thought it looked better they way I did it. It's an old video, I was new to YouTube.
Thanks for the info Peter, I do find these things interesting!
Here's the videos I mentioned if you are curious:
Short video with magic bots.
Unfortunately I don't have the end because this race crashed due to the Silvertsone glitch of; "passing too many bots while off track AND filling your timer" (I need to shorten that!)
Thanks for the detailed reply. The Sumos overtook me, the first McLaren dropped in right in front of me, and in the recent one, I straightened up out of a bend after overtaking a couple, took the opportunity to look at the cat or something, looked back at the screen to find a bot in front of me. The rest is history...
I run the P1 GTR endurance at Indy Speedway quite a lot, and the bots definitely drop in ahead of me - a long way ahead - rather than being gradually caught up with, if you see what I mean. Maybe there’s a ‘bot appearance point’ which should be ahead of you, but can be caught up to and passed...?
Given your second video, it might me interesting to get a perpetual going, then stop and see what happens....
By the way, I love your flying cars. My efforts pale in comparison.
Unfortunately there currently aren’t any anywhere. Update 8.0 seems to be a bit glitchy and that’s one of the things that’s been hurt. The game crashes as soon as you get to lap 27, 28 or 29. You lose all the time you spent. There’s an ongoing thread about it on the wiki now, including a video I did about it. Mine is the second video that just has a picture of two Porsches on it. Here’s the thread if you’re interested https://rr3.fandom.com/wiki/Thread:344118?useskin=oasis#80
