The McLAREN 12C SPIDER is a spider variant of the McLAREN MP4-12C. The weight is only 40 kilograms (or 88 lb) more than the coupe. McLAREN worked to keep the top speed at 204 mph (or 328 kph) from the coupe's 207 mph (or 333 kph). Top speed with the roof down is limited to 196 mph (or 315 kph). It features a 3.8 litre twin-turbo V8.

Availability

The McLAREN 12C SPIDER is available in 3 series:

• Spider Showdown bonus series in the Legend group
• Style from the Isles bonus series in the Season 2 group
• Rarest of the Rare bonus series in the Season 3 group

This vehicle was added in the Hypercars Update (v4.0) released in November 2015 and can be unlocked by earning 17 trophies in Spider Showdown

This vehicle can be acquired for 300 or 240 with showcase discount. It has also been available for 200 as a 'Get it Now' price, unlocking Spider Showdown.

This vehicle was available to win in these following special events:
