To commemorate Ferruccio Lamborghini's 100th birthday, LAMBORGHINI released a limited-edition supercar based on the AVENTADOR SVJ at the March 2016 Geneva Motor Show. 40 cars (20 coupes and 20 roadsters) were produced, all of which have been sold. Contrary to the rest of LAMBORGHINI's lineup, the CENTENARIO LP 770-4's design was rumored to be "not as extreme" compared to other wedge-shaped supercars. Power comes from a tuned version of the AVENTADOR's 6.5-litre V12 producing 759 hp (770 PS), a hybrid powertrain is possible. The car, which costs just under €2,200,000, was unveiled at the March 2016 Geneva Motor Show.

This vehicle was added in the Daytona 500 2017 Update (v5.1.0) released in Feb 2017 and can be unlocked by earning 17 trophies in Hypercar Club.

This vehicle can be acquired for 850 or 680 with showcase discount. It has also been available for 700 as a 'Get it Now' price, unlocking Hypercar Club. Fully upgrading it, once owned, will unlock Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4 (Exclusive Series).

Lamborghini's Legacy available in the Daytona 500 2017 Update (v5.1.0) of February 2017. This was available in Event Archives from Ferrari Update (v7.5) until archives were removed in Formula E Update (v9.5) on July 24th, 2021.
Lamborghini's Legacy (v6.2.0) available in the Ferrari Update (v6.2) of March 2018.
Lamborghini Centenario Championship available in the IMSA DPi Update (v7.2.0) of April 2019
