The KOENIGSEGG REGERA is a limited production, plug-in hybrid Supercar manufactured by Swedish manufacturer of high-performance sports cars KOENIGSEGG. It was unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The name Regera is a Swedish verb, meaning "to reign" or "to rule".

Only 80 supercars have been built. The REGERA was created and designed to be a more "practical", "luxury", hypercar alternative to the rest of KOENIGSEGG's lightweight hypercar lineup, including the AGERA RS and the ONE:1. KOENIGSEGG states that the REGERA will be the most powerful and fastest accelerating production car ever. The production of the REGERA will result in KOENIGSEGG, for the first time ever, simultaneously having two models in production. It is powered by a 5.0 litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 1,100 bhp (brake horsepower), working in conjunction with three YASA electric motors with a total capacity of 697 bhp (brake horsepower), for a total output of 1797 bhp (brake horsepower).

Availability

The KOENIGSEGG REGERA is available in four series:

• Hypercar Charge bonus series in the Legend group;
• Ängelholm's Advance bonus series in the Legend group;
• Past, Present and Future bonus series in the Legend group;
• Koenigsegg Regera (Exclusive Series) in the Exclusive Series group.

This vehicle was added in the Hypercars Update (v4.0) released in November 2015. It is unlocked by earning 14 trophies in Hypercar Charge. Fully-upgrading this car, once owned, will unlock Koenigsegg Regera (Exclusive Series).

This vehicle can be acquired for 1,000 or 800 with showcase discount. It has also been available for 700 as a 'Get it Now' price, unlocking Hypercar Charge and Ängelholm's Advance.

This vehicle was available to win in these following special events:

• Reign Supreme available in the Hypercars Update (v4.0) of November 2015;
• Koenigsegg Championship available in the Bathurst Update (v4.6.2) of September 2016;
• Reign Supreme (v6.6) available in the Euro Masters Update (v6.6) of October 2018. This was available in Event Archives from BMW Update (v8.1) until archives were removed in Formula E Update (v9.5) on July 24th, 2021;
• Reign Supreme (v11.4) available in the Radical Update (v11.4) of June 2023.
