High-Rev Rush is a bonus series, part of GT1 Grand Tour which can be found within the Elite group. To unlock the series, players must have collected 14 trophies in GT1 Grand Tour. In High-Rev Rush, players can participate in 40 events, separated by 19 tiers.

There are four cars for the player to choose from, in which three of these can be acquired with . Throughout the series, players can earn up to 75,000 by unlocking tiers, as well as up to 60,000 and 60 in progression bonuses upon reaching 100% completion of the series.

All tiers and 90% completion can be reached without upgrades.

Maximum PR 67.0 needed to complete this series can be achieved by LAMBORGHINI MURCIELAGO R-SV GT1 or McLAREN F1.

There is a second bonus series to GT1 Grand Tour, namely Global GT Clash which can be unlocked after collecting 22 trophies in GT1 Grand Tour.
