The FORD FUSION (NASCAR ACADEMY) (previously FORD FUSION NASCAR prior to Daytona 500 Update (v4.1.5)) is a base model car based on the FORD FUSION race car used by Team Penske. In the game, it serves as a homologation model for Team Penske's car in Federated Auto Parts 400, though the driver number shows #001 as it was meant for the NASCAR Academy.

Availability

The FORD FUSION (NASCAR ACADEMY) is available in one series:

• Quanticfire Talent Tour motorsports series in the NASCAR group as of the Aston Martin and Daytona 500 Update (v6.1.0).

This vehicle was added in the NASCAR Update (v3.6) released in September 2015 and is unlocked as soon as the dealership is open to the player.

This vehicle can be acquired for 400,000 with no showcase discount and a delivery time of 14 hours.

Availability Prior to Aston Martin and Daytona 500 Update (v6.1.0)

It was previously available in the NASCAR Pre-Season Rumble bonus series in the NASCAR group.

This vehicle was originally able to be acquired for 25,700 without a showcase cost and a shipping time of 5 minutes. It can sometimes be bought for 22 as a 'Get it Now' price.

The service time increased from 1 minute to 20 minutes.
