The FERRARI F50 is a mid-engined range-topping sports car made by FERRARI. The F50 was introduced in 1995. The car is a two-door, two seat roadster with a removable hardtop. It has a 4.7L naturally aspirated 60-valve V12 engine that was developed from the 3.5 L V12 used in the 1990 FERRARI 641 Formula One car. A racing version named the FERRARI F50 GT competed in the brp global GT series in 1996.
Only 349 cars were made. The last F50 was produced in Maranello, Italy, in July 1997.
Its predecessor is the FERRARI F40 (1987-1992). Its successor is the FERRARI ENZO FERRARI (2002-2004). Pininfarina designed this car.
Availability
The FERRARI F50 is available in two series:
- Classic Ferrari Showdown career series in the Master group
- High-Rev Rush bonus series in the Elite group
This vehicle was added in the Classic Ferrari Update (v2.4) released in July 2014. It can be unlocked by earning 5 trophies in Classic Ferrari Showdown or as soon as High-Rev Rush is unlocked. It is used in Scuderia Ferrari Championship and its second version in Stage 4 Goal 3.
This vehicle can be acquired for 160 or 128 with showcase discount. It can sometimes be bought for 195 as a 'Get it Now' price, unlocking High-Rev Rush.
