Circuit Breaker is a Special Event in Real Racing 3. It gives the players a chance to win Volkswagen ID.R electric sports car.

The Circuit Breaker Special Event is part of Volkswagen/Electric Cars Update (v9.2). This event

starts on Monday, March 1^st 2021 and
ends on Monday, March 22^nd.
Entry closes on Monday, March 15^th, at 23:59 UTC.

Since entered, the player has exactly 7 days (24 x 7 = 168 hours) to complete the event. Each following Stage unlocks at midnight local time, one Stage per day.
Typically, the player is granted with free and instant car service and instant upgrades R&D, which are available within 3 hours of entering the event.

This is a recommended PR event, so the player is allowed to enter any race regardless of the car's PR.

The VOLKSWAGEN ID.R has been added to Shock and Awe series in the Legend group.

This event's story is to defend the Nürburgring record in an EV against previous record holder Magnus.

Stage 01 
Who Killed the Petroleum Car?

Players who successfully complete all of the goals given in the first stage Who Killed the Petroleum Car? are rewarded with 10,000 and 5. Throughout the first stage, players will have to race the Volkswagen ID.R on Daytona International Speedway. Players are not allowed to damage their car throughout this stage.

Players who successfully complete all of the goals given in the second stage (The Nürburgring EV Lap Record) are rewarded with 15,000 and 10 . Throughout the second stage, players will have to race the VOLKSWAGEN ID.R on Nürburgring.

Players who successfully complete all of the goals given in the third stage Magnus' Pride are rewarded with 25,000 and 15 . Throughout the third stage, players will have to race the VOLKSWAGEN ID.R on Nürburgring. Players are not allowed to go off-track or damage their car throughout this stage.
