May has arrived, long days, warm weather, and late sunsets becoming custom. You would think that being my favorite season and arriving at Nurburgring that I'd be more excited. Unfortunately, the combo is yet another fast car, which don't go best here, and indeed we had this exact combo just four months ago. The Bugatti Bolide TTC took place at Nurburgring during the morning (dawn) just four months ago, so to have it back so soon is a bit annoying, especially since it's a very challenging and frustrating combo. All three cars are pretty challenging to drive this week actually, as we have the Lotus Evija loaned alongside the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut.
Performance wise, the Bolide will be best. What else needs to be said? It's not quite on the level of the 919 Evo and MP4-X, but it is one of the speed titans, having the Evija-like acceleration buff, and can reach 540kph on the Mulsanne Straight. Of course, this isn't Le Mans, and Nurburgring is a cornering circuit. At least this car has very high grip, even if it doesn't feel like it sometimes with so much speed. Same with brakes, but this car really did need more than 24.7m.
Speaking of the Evija, the loaned car should comfortably be second best this week. While it has a whopping 160kph less speed than the Absolut, it makes up for it with insane acceleration, and accelerates to its top speed like nothing. Plus, less speed probably helps around here, looking at a PR 113.7 Bolide in pole at the time of writing as an example. Like the Bolide, the Evija has very high grip neutralized by so much power and speed, with the added bonus of the old EV handling. A low 1:14 is doable based on the career time trial in its Exclusive Series, which should be enough for D.
The Absolut is one of the speed titans, alongside the Venom F5 and the Bolide. So why is it so slow this week? Simply put, not enough grip. The Evija and Bolide may be hard to drive but both have >=2.2g of grip, whereas the Absolut has only 1.82g. No mean number but not enough for a car with that much power, and at Nurburgring, that stat hurts a lot. A 1:17.5 will likely be the best times with this car, which might only get E.

This week’s sale is 35% off the Bugatti Bolide. Its last sale was 45% off during its aforementioned WTT.
Purchase price: 748 gold
R$ Upgrades (1111111): R$520,780
Series Upgrades (5343343): R$2,147,210 and 796 gold
Fully Upgraded (5444344): R$2,147,210 and 1,209 gold
With the Exclusive Series paying 150 gold, the net cost for fully upgrading from series upgrades is 263 gold.
This car has two series, Unrivaled and its Exclusive Series, featuring no other cars. They pay 82 and 150 gold respectively, adding up to 232 gold total. This assumes base completion.
Very expensive especially with only 35% but also very fast. The Bolide is just one of those cars that is a must have if you love RR3's craziest cars. I personally think it's too fast, but that's just because this genre of hyperinflated hypercars are not my strong suit. Even with its performance, it's still hard to justify its price with this sale though; the previous sale would have saved nearly 200 more gold.

The OMP sale for this week is 35% off the Mercedes-AMG CLK GTR Straßenversion. A good opportunity to upgrade the Merc if you only got to 75% completion in the Straßenversion duo to get the car.
All the best for this week everyone!
