Mid-April means that spring is really coming along in the Northern Hemisphere, with the days getting long and the weather more refreshing in many areas (or not if you have bad allergies like myself sometimes!). 13.3 has been quite a mixed update so far but seems to be getting along. With one week gone, we travel from the Pacific coastline of California to the hotter interior of Texas for the second week of WTT proceedings. Once again there's some mixed feelings about this combo at this time, more so than last week, partially because the cars might be a bit fast and relatively poor in brakes for this circuit. It's an all Bugatti week, with the two Bugatti Veyron's joined by the Bugatti Centodieci on its WTT debut.
Performance wise, the Centodieci will be best. I just slandered Bugatti's at COTA above, but this car isn't too bad considering. Its specs and some aspects of drivability are similar to the Divo, though I'd argue that it does drive better at low speeds than that car. That will help around this circuit, and it's noticeable that the first times are already rivaling the Divo pole time from March 2023. I expect the low 1:24s to be reached.
Unfortunately, because neither of the other cars have a combo, I can't give an accurate estimate of what the other cars will be able to do. I'll still cover them anyways, as usual.
The two Veyron's are notorious for being quite slippery and lower in grip than the newer Bugatti's (they are the oldest in-game after all), and thus probably won't be competitive. The Veyron Vitesse has the best speed of the three cars this week, though that won't really be useful given its cornering stats are only marginally better than the regular Veyron. It will still be faster though, and a 1:30 is probably the limit, which should mean D.
The regular Veyron is a key car in getting to Endurance Legends, but its drivability is pretty horrendous in all honesty. It gives little idea of the improved handling of some of the newer Bugatti's, and probably won't be very good here. I expect it will be a couple seconds slower than the Vitesse, so E is probably the best it can do. Of course, as you may be able to tell, I have not had time to test and interpret this week's lineup (or this update at all) so there may be more shooting into the dark than you are used to.

This week’s sale is 35% off the Bugatti Centodieci, its first sale.
Purchase price: 585 gold
R$ Upgrades (1111111): R$450,775
LTS Upgrades (3333333): R$1,464,970 and 358 gold
Series Upgrades (4435333): R$1,800,500 and 757 gold
Fully Upgraded (4445344): R$1,800,500 and 1,073 gold
With the Exclusive Series for this car paying 150 gold, the net cost to fully upgrade from series upgrades is 166 gold.
This car has two series, Bugatti Blitz and its Exclusive Series.
They pay 66 and 150 gold respectively adding up to 216 gold total. This assumes base completion, and that all other cars in the former series are owned.
Nice car but quite expensive with 'only' a 35% discount. I'd say upgrade only if you have the funds and/or want a Group A in WTT. Group B is very likely doable with all 3's around COTA.

All WTT Laps in 2025 (In Progress)
This week started on April 14th/15th and will end on April 21st/22nd.
The OMP sale for this week is 35% off the Porsche 911 Turbo S; its last sale was for Cyber Monday 2024. Like the Speedtail, a car with inflated PR stats that distort its picture. It's actually a pretty fun car to drive, but because of its PR, it gets put with cars that are not in its league in reality. A bit unfortunate.
All the best for this week everyone!
